Startup Boston Week 2025 is just around the corner — and it’s gearing up to be the biggest, most vibrant celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region yet. Whether you’re launching your first startup, scaling your latest venture, or simply curious about the energy fueling Boston’s thriving ecosystem, this week is packed with can’t-miss events designed to inspire, connect, and accelerate your journey.

From powerful networking parties to hands-on mentorship sessions, Startup Boston Week brings together the people, ideas, and resources that make this city a global startup hub.

Get ready to dive in, learn, and build the future — we can’t wait to see you there! Here are 8 things you won’t want to miss:

1. Kick Off the Week at the Opening Party sponsored by HPE and NVIDIA (Monday Night)

There’s no better way to tap into the energy of the week than by celebrating with the startup community on Monday night. The Opening Party sponsored by HPE and NVIDIA is the perfect place to wrap up the first day and connect with the people and organizations ready to help you launch and grow your business. Come for the networking, the inspiration, and the snacks! And if you have a milestone to share, submit it here.

2. Post Opportunities to the Community Bulletin Board (All Week Long)

All week long during Startup Boston Week, our beloved newsletter feature comes to life in the Community Bulletin Board. It’s the perfect place to post if you’re on the lookout for a cofounder, hiring for a new role, seeking speakers, putting out a call for proposals, or sharing a grant opportunity that others in the community should know about.

Whether you’re looking to connect, collaborate, or contribute, the bulletin board is buzzing with chances to get involved and grow alongside Boston’s vibrant startup ecosystem.

3. Bring a Book, Take a Book (All Week Long)

Throughout Startup Boston Week, you can participate in our “Bring a Book, Take a Book” initiative - a community-powered startup library that’s open all week long. Bring a book that has inspired you or offers valuable insights, and leave it on the library shelves for others to discover. Then, feel free to take a new book provided by fellow community members to dive into fresh ideas and perspectives.

Want to make a deeper connection? Leave your business card or write your contact info inside the cover of the book you donate - it's a great way to spark new conversations and expand your network while sharing knowledge.

4. Find Your People at the Ecosystem Fair (Tuesday Night)

Think of the Ecosystem Fair as a one-stop shop for all the resources you didn’t know you needed. From networking groups and accelerators to local organizations supporting early-stage companies, this event is your chance to meet the people who could become your next advisor, investor, or founder peer group. Stay tuned on who is tabling!

5. Catch a Live Recording at the Podcast Stage

The Podcast Stage is where live podcast recordings bring startup stories to life. Hear real conversations with founders, marketers, technologists, and ecosystem leaders, and get a behind the scenes look at Boston’s startup ecosystem. Bonus: It’s also a favorite photo op, located right at the entrance. Check out who is recording live here.

6. Hit the Streets for the Startup Crawl (Wednesday Night)

Back for its third year, the Startup Crawl is one of the most fun, high-energy events of the week. We’re hopping from building to building across Boston to explore co-working spaces, community hubs, and startup homes that define the local ecosystem.

7. Bring Your Questions to Mentor Matchmaking (Friday Day)

We’re transforming our always-popular Mentor Exchange into a Startup Boston Week–style event on Friday. Join small group discussions with experienced mentors and peers who’ve been in your shoes. Get advice on go-to-market strategy, fundraising questions, or hiring challenges from people who’ve done it before. Three time blocks are available for these sessions.

8. Pitch, Demo, and Celebrate at the Closing Party (Friday Night)

Startup Boston Week wraps with a party and a showcase. If you’re a startup, this is your chance to shine. We’re offering Free demo tables at the closing party so you can share what you’re building with the community. Tables are first-come, first-serve and sign-ups open Friday morning. Whether you’re demoing or just cheering on your peers, this is the grand finale you won’t want to miss.

9. Grab Your Headshots and Personalized Photo Album

Thanks to Three Circles Studio, you can take a piece of Startup Boston Week home with you! Keep an eye out for Kevin Thai and his team as they roam all three floors of SBW at Suffolk University. When you spot them, flag them down to get your professional headshot taken.

Even better, you’ll have on-demand access to all the photos you’re featured in - perfect for sharing your Startup Boston Week experience in real-time on LinkedIn, Instagram, or wherever you connect. It’s a great way to capture the moment and keep a personalized photo album from the week’s unforgettable events.

Bonus Tip: Wander Off Schedule

While these are just a few of our favorite moments, don’t be afraid to venture outside your track or spark up a random conversation. Some of the best Startup Boston Week interactions happen in hallways, coffee lines, or after hours. Stay open, stay curious, and most importantly, have fun.

Ready to dive into all this and more? Don’t miss your chance to be part of Boston’s most dynamic startup celebration.
