The Podcast Stage is where podcasters come to host live tapings with speakers, attendees and the movers and the shakers of the startup community during Startup Boston Week.

It is free to host your podcast on SBW2026's Podcast Stage - but not all applications are accepted.

The podcaster is responsible for selecting their own guests - key movers and shakers - to be interviewed on The Podcast Stage during SBW2026. The SBW2026 Team will support promotion efforts and will need to collect marketing materials from the podcaster.

If the podcaster is unable to secure interviewees, the Startup Boston Team can facilitate introductions from a curated list of startup community members. However, this request must be made at least four weeks in advance.

In exchange for being featured in front of 7,000 SBW2026 attendees and our broader audience of 30,000 movers and shakers in the New England startup scene, we ask that you:

1. Mention in every live recording that “We’re recording this live at Startup Boston Week 2026 at Suffolk University.”

2. Include a mention of SBW2026 in the podcast summary when the episode airs.

3. Keep us informed about the episode launch schedule so we can support with marketing.

Due to the high volume of submissions, we’re unable to respond individually about the status of your application to podcast at Startup Boston Week. Submissions will close end of July, and all podcasters for SBW2026 will be confirmed by beginning of August. Thank you for your interest!
