December’s Top Startup Events: From Jingle & Mingle to Student Innovations Mixer

Updated: Apr 19

Deck the startup halls with networking cheer! Tis the season for new connections! This is a great time of year to meet new folks and learn a new skill or two from your fellow startup-ers.

If you’re ever puzzled about what to start conversations off when you enter a networking event - knowing absolutely no one in the room, I just want to remind you: that a lot of other folks also didn’t know anyone else in that room when they arrived. So just walk up to someone random, with a big smile on your face, introduce yourself, and ask them a question. You got this!

Now, check out some really awesome events below - and don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter (in the footer) to stay in the loop on all happenings in the New England startup scene.

Date: Saturday, December 2nd from 8:00am - 6:00pm

Location: Manchester Community College, NH; click here to learn more

Have you ever wanted to learn how to code? This is your chance. There is no charge for attendees - as dozens of professionals volunteer their time to share knowledge with fellow developers. All technology stacks are welcome and topics are only constrained by what speakers volunteer to present (about code).

There are a wide range of coding related topics that make Code Camp a popular and valuable event for professionals at all stages of their careers. GSCC rivals conferences that cost thousands of dollars to attend. The conference is organized by software developers of the New Hampshire developer community who also volunteer, in collaboration with the New Hampshire Technical Alliance and fiscal organizational support of Granite State Users Groups, LLC.
