October is keeping Boston’s startup calendar VERY busy.

From AI and hard tech to student innovation, fundraising, product, life sciences, and founder networking, there are plenty of reasons to get out of the house and into Boston’s startup ecosystem this month.

And if September was all about the big startup weeks and conferences, October is bringing a little bit of everything: intimate founder gatherings, curated investor connections, demo days, technical events, student programs, and an entire week dedicated to Tough Tech.

Startup Boston has a pretty packed month ahead, too:

And that’s just what we have on the calendar.

Across the broader ecosystem, October brings Japanese AI startups to Boston, a student innovation conference, technical AI gatherings, product events, longevity conversations, the Boston Hard Tech Summit, Tough Tech Week, and a Physical AI Summit at MIT.

Whether you’re looking to meet your next investor, cofounder, mentor, or collaborator — or simply want to spend more time around people building interesting things — there’s plenty to plug into.

Here’s our roundup of some of the top startup and innovation events happening across Greater Boston this October.
